electronic training kits SMT
Training Board TB_4th_Generation The fourth generation
of
electronic kits TB_4th_Generation has been
especially designed to gain
experience and skills in manual mounting and soldering of printed
circuit boards. As a cost-effective solution for soldering training
courses, the high quality electronic kits available in various
difficulty levels are immediately ready to use, thereby saving costs
and time. They are intended for use in technical schools, company
training centres or hobbyist.
The electronic kits can be simply built using conventional soldering station, tweezers, soldering tin and rosin flux. Once finalized, the most of electronic kits work as various light effects, voltage regulator or electronic games. The electronic kits containing pre-programmed 8-bit flash microcontroller PIC can be used as development boards for programming in assembler or C-language as well. The surface mount technology (SMT) based on surface mount devices SMD is currently most commonly used technology to build-up modern electronic circuits. The SMT has almost replaced conventional through hole technology (THT). Though the SMD components are intended for automatic machine assembling, the manual assembling and soldering cannot be avoided even in modern electronic company, e.g. during product development phase, prototyping or manufacturing mistake repairing. Every electronic engineer working in development, prototyping, manufacturing or customer service should be familiar with basic SMT skills. |
