Heat the soldering tip to the correct temperature.Apply a small amount of solder to the pad (tinning).Place the component on the pad using tweezers.Touch the soldering tip to the pad and component lead.Apply solder to the joint.Remove the solder from the joint.Remove the soldering tip from the joint.Inspect the quality of the solder joint.
